Some Types of Personal Injury Cases I Handle

The list below is intended to be representative, not exclusive.  Click on the link(s) inside or the graphic beside each service for more detailed information regarding the law, procedure, and fee involved in each service.
  • Automobile accidents are the most common cause of personal injury and property damage.  You have different rights and responsibilities after an accident, depending on whether you were a driver ticketed, a driver not ticketed, or a pedestrian or a passenger in any vehicle involved.
  • Premises liability most often occurs when the people in control of a place of business allow an unsafe condition to persist unreasonably on their property, and a customer of the business is injured because of it.

  • Fraud or misrepresentation can induce you to enter into a contract with a business or a person and injure you financially; or you may have been wrongfully accused of fraud or misrepresentation in a transaction.

  • Professional malpractice can result in consequences to serious to ignore or forgive.  No doctor, lawyer, accountant, real estate agent, or other professional is perfect; but the law provides recovery of damages if the acts or omissions of a professional fall below the standard of practice in our community.

  • Other personal injuries to you can arise from events as varied as life itself, like being assaulted, libeled or slandered, wrongfully discharged from your job, or denied your civil rights.

Feel free to email me or call me to discuss any personal injury that you think may have been wrongfully done to you.  There is no charge for an initial consultation.  I will give you my opinion on whether you have a case and discuss a fee arrangement with you if I undertake your representation; or I may refer you to other lawyers more suitable for your case.

If you use email, please follow the guidelines below.

Prospective Client Inquiry Guidelines

Please identify the person(s) or business(es) whom you believe to have caused you personal injury.  If one of them is or has been my client, I may be unable to represent you in this particular matter.  Therefore, while details of your injury are helpful, please do NOT at this time include any information that might be useful to the parties that you believe caused your injury, until I have agreed to take your case.  Emailing me means you understand and agree to this.  Also, remember that email is usually unencrypted and is not a completely secure form of communication.  I do have the capability to receive encrypted email.  If you have that capability too, I invite use of that format; or you can waive the lack of security by using ordinary email with me.  Feel free to call me and/or make an appointment to meet with me instead.
